Imprint Group Case Study

Imprint - The More You Know

Imprint Group Since 2019

A long-term event content partnership across more than 100 corporate events. Summit supports the video, photo, social, livestream, production planning, and post-event side of the work, so Imprint can keep its focus on the event vision and the client relationship.

The relationship works because the roles are clear. Imprint leads the event vision and the client relationship. Summit supports the content strategy, capture, crew, production planning, and delivery. That division has held across conference video, event coverage, social, livestream, and post-production for every show we have worked on together.

01 / The Partnership

Clear roles, shared standard

Imprint produces premium corporate events for brands that expect every detail to feel polished. As client needs expanded, content became a larger part of the event experience: recap videos, photography, social assets, interviews, livestreams, and post-event deliverables.

The opportunity was to give clients a smarter way to leave each event with usable content, while keeping the event experience and client relationship clean. Summit became a trusted production partner across more than 100 Imprint events. Imprint leads the event vision and the client relationship. Summit handles content strategy, capture, crew, production planning, and delivery.

02 / What We Cover

Video, photo, social, livestream, and post-event

The scope covers the full content side of the work. Conference video and event photography are the foundation. Social clips keep the event working after the room clears. Livestream and broadcast support extend the show to remote audiences. Post-production ties it all into client-ready deliverables.

The deliverables are a content library, not a one-off reel: video and photo libraries, recaps and highlight films, social clips, session and broadcast content, and client-ready post-event assets. Each piece is planned around where it will live afterward, not just what happened in the room.

03 / The Brands

Recognition that speaks for the work

The partnership has supported major brands including RE/MAX, Western Union, Prologis, Civico, Alcon, GHX, and Zayo. The work spans conferences, product launches, executive programming, and hybrid environments across the U.S.

That work has been recognized with the BizBash 2025 Best Hybrid Environment award and the Vidyard Video in Business Awards 2020 Storyteller Award. Zoomtopia is one example: an Imprint event where Summit handled the broadcast production for Zoom.

Why the relationship works

More than 100 events in, the trust is built into the workflow. Imprint knows the content side is handled. Summit knows the event standard and the client expectation. That is what makes a long-term event content partnership work: a shared standard, clear roles, and a practical content library approach that leaves every client with usable assets.

The result is a stronger event content offering for clients and a smoother production experience for Imprint, show after show.
