Trade shows and expos

On an expo floor, the content is the proof

Exhibitors and sponsors pay for a floor because of what it produces. Video is how you show them it worked, and how you sell the space again next year.

What an expo floor demands

A trade show is not a conference with tables. The room is loud, lit badly, constantly moving, and full of brands that each need to see themselves in the edit.

  • Everyone is a stakeholder.Exhibitors, sponsors and the organizer all need different footage from the same floor, and only one of them is paying you.
  • The light is a problem.Hall lighting, LED walls and mixed color temperature in one frame is a kit and crew decision made before the doors open.
  • Noise is the real constraint.Usable interviews on a live floor need a plan for audio, not a hope. That usually means a quiet corner scouted in advance.
  • Traffic peaks and dies.Floor energy is concentrated in a few windows. Miss them and the footage shows an empty hall, which is the opposite of the story.

What we capture

  • Floor energy and traffic at peak
  • Booth activations and product demos
  • Exhibitor and sponsor interviews
  • Attendee reactions on the floor
  • Founder and executive soundbites
  • Keynote and theatre sessions
  • Award and announcement moments
  • Photography for sponsor recap decks

What you leave with

  • A floor recap that sells booth space
  • Per-sponsor feature cuts they can post themselves
  • Exhibitor testimonials for the sales deck
  • Short-form social from the floor
  • A sponsorship sales video with real attendance footage
  • Stills packaged per exhibitor

Common questions

Can sponsors get their own edit?

Yes, and it is usually the easiest way for a capture budget to pay for itself. Sponsor feature cuts are a common part of a package.

How do you get clean audio on a show floor?

We scout a quiet position in advance and bring the right microphones for it. Nobody gets usable interview audio by pointing a camera mic at a busy aisle.

Do you shoot photography too?

Yes. Sponsor recap decks usually need stills more than video, so most floor coverage includes both.

What if our exhibitors want the footage?

That is normally the point. Assets can be cut and delivered per exhibitor so they promote the show for you.
