Conferences and summits

A conference is a week of content compressed into three days

Most conference video is scoped as one recap and one camera. That is a decision made before anyone asks what marketing, sales and sponsors actually need for the next twelve months.

What a conference actually demands

The hard part is not the general session. It is everything happening at the same time as the general session, and the fact that none of it repeats.

  • Nothing runs twice.A missed keynote moment is gone. Coverage has to be planned against the agenda before load-in, not improvised on the day.
  • Parallel tracks.Breakouts run concurrently, so one roaming crew covers a fraction of the program and the rest is unrecorded.
  • The hallway is the event.Attendee reactions, sponsor activations and the conversations between sessions are where most of the usable content lives.
  • Momentum has a clock.Social posted during the event outperforms the same clip three weeks later, so some assets have to turn around on site.

What we capture

  • General sessions and keynotes
  • Breakout and track sessions
  • Attendee reactions and vox pops
  • Speaker soundbites and contrarian takes
  • Sponsor activations and booth moments
  • Behind the scenes: registration, packed rooms, networking
  • Leadership and speaker interviews
  • Event photography alongside video

What you leave with

  • A cinematic recap that sells next year
  • Short-form social cut native to each platform
  • Attendee and sponsor testimonials
  • An edited session library with title cards and clean audio
  • Speaker highlight reels the speakers promote for you
  • An event trailer built to sell registrations
  • Edited stills from across the program

Common questions

Do you replace our AV team?

No. AV runs the room: screens, audio, show flow. We work alongside them and handle the content. Tell us who your AV vendor is and we plan around them rather than over them.

How many crew do we need?

It depends on how many things run at once. A single-track day is a different job from four parallel tracks in a convention center. Send the agenda and we will tell you what it takes.

Can we get anything during the event?

Yes. Same-event social is usually the highest-value thing we do, because attendees are still posting and the audience is still paying attention.

What happens to the footage afterwards?

You get a content library, not a hard drive. Everything is edited for a purpose and a place it will be used.

Send us the agenda

Tell us about the event and we come back with a recommendation for what to capture and how to use it, not a shot list and a number.
