Virtual and hybrid events

One event. Two ways to experience it.

Whether everyone joins remotely or the room is paired with an online audience, the camera plan, speaker audio, slides and show flow need to work together. We coordinate with your AV and platform teams so the program makes sense on screen and in the room.

Plan for both audiences

A hybrid event is not simply a camera pointed at a stage. The remote viewer needs a clear program, while the people in the room need the live show to work without compromise.

  • Give remote viewers context.Camera framing, readable slides and clear speaker audio help online attendees follow the same ideas as the room.
  • Protect the live experience. The production plan should support the agenda, stage movement and audience experience instead of getting in their way.
  • Coordinate the handoffs. We align capture and program-feed needs with the AV team, venue and streaming platform before show day.
  • Plan what happens afterwards.Individual session recordings and selected clips can be more useful than one long replay when they are scoped from the start.

What we support

  • Multicamera coverage for presentations and key moments
  • Speaker audio, slides and program-feed coordination with AV
  • Camera framing for online viewers
  • Session recording and speaker identification
  • Priority clips and highlights when included in the plan

What you leave with

  • A program designed for the room and remote viewers
  • Recorded sessions organized for follow-up or internal use
  • Selected video assets for promotion and distribution when scoped
  • A clearer path from the live event to a useful content library

Common questions

Can you work with our existing AV and streaming teams?

Yes. We plan camera coverage and content needs alongside the teams running the room and platform. The exact handoffs depend on your venue, feed and show plan.

Can a fully virtual event use the same approach?

Yes. The room may change, but the remote viewer still needs deliberate framing, clean audio, readable presentations and an organized recording plan.

Can we use the recordings after the event?

Yes, when post-event edits are part of the scope. Sessions can be separated and organized, with highlights or speaker clips planned around your distribution goals.
