Short version: we use your inquiry to call you back.

This page collects one thing: what you type into the inquiry form. Event name, dates, city, what you need, and how to reach you. If you download the planning checklist instead, that collects your name and email so we can send it to you.

What we do with it

• We use it to prepare for and make the callback you asked for.
• It is stored in our systems so the person calling you is prepared.
• If you inquire here, you get a conversation, not a campaign. We do not add form inquiries to marketing sequences.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not track you across other people's websites to build a profile of you.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and which ones lead to an inquiry. It sets analytics cookies in your browser and tells us about traffic patterns rather than about you personally.

We also advertise. When we run paid campaigns, the ad platform we use, currently Google, sets cookies that tell us which ad led to an inquiry, and may show our ads again to people who have visited this site. That is measurement and remarketing for Summit's own advertising. It is not us handing your details to anyone to market their own products.

If you would rather not be included in any of it: most browsers let you block third-party cookies, an ad blocker stops these tags outright, Google offers an analytics opt-out add-on, and Google lets you control ad personalization in your own account settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends one.

Business outreach

Separately from this form, we contact people at companies that run conferences and corporate events to introduce our work. This includes short email sequences rather than only one message. If you received an email from us and never filled anything in here, that is why.

• We use business contact details, in a professional capacity, from public sources such as company websites and event listings, and from licensed business contact databases.
• We do not use this to contact private individuals, and we do not buy or use consumer data.
• Every message we send carries our postal address and a working opt out.
• Ask us to stop, in a reply or through the opt out, and we add you to a permanent suppression list so you are not contacted again. Replying at any point ends the sequence.
• We do not sell or rent these contact lists to anyone.

Anything you subscribe to

If we publish updates, a newsletter, or anything else you can sign up for, it works one way only: you ask for it, and you can leave at any time from a link in every message.

• Subscribing is a separate, deliberate choice. Sending an inquiry or downloading the checklist does not subscribe you to anything.
• We will not move people onto a subscription list because they gave us their email for something else. If that ever changes, we will ask first.

Where your information lives

We keep this deliberately small. Your inquiry is stored in our own systems, we run our email on Google Workspace, this site is served through Cloudflare, the checklist is delivered by our email provider, and call bookings are scheduled through Cal.com. Each of them sees only what it needs to do that job.

Infrastructure

This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver and protect the site.

Questions or removal

Email [email protected] and a real person will handle it, including telling you what we hold, correcting it, or deleting it if you ask.
