Maximize your content

One event. Four content engines.

Summit plans the shoot around the full event content funnel, not just the recap. The same event can create awareness clips, proof assets, conversion videos, and post-event content that keeps working after the room clears.

From 1 event
01 Awareness Get attention before and after the event.
Vox popsGame-ified shortsBTS videosPOV videosSpeaker clips

Short-form content built for discovery. These assets help the event show up in the feed, create energy, and give your team a reason to keep posting before, during, and after the conference.

02 Consideration Turn interest into proof.
Attendee testimonialsSponsor testimonialsSpeaker testimonialsExecutive interviews

Proof assets captured while everyone is already in the room. These clips help future attendees, sponsors, speakers, and stakeholders understand why the event is worth their time.

03 Conversion Help people decide to buy, sponsor, or attend.
Cinematic recapBrand story videoSponsor VSLAttendee VSLEdited images

Polished assets for registration pages, sponsor decks, sales outreach, email campaigns, and next-event promotion. This is where the event becomes a sales tool.

04 Monetization Keep the event working after load-out.

The deeper content layer for conferences that want more than a one-time event. Sessions, speaker content, and educational assets can support post-event access, memberships, training, lead magnets, and year-round audience building.

Exact deliverables depend on package, schedule, access, and event scope.

The strategy layer

Before the cameras roll, we build the content plan.

Most teams decide what they need after the event is already over. Summit works backward from the assets your marketing, sales, sponsor, and executive teams need, then builds the shoot plan around those outcomes.

Content brief What we map before the event
01

Audience

Who needs to see this after the event?

Future attendees, sponsors, executives, sales prospects, internal teams, or the broader market. Each audience needs a different asset.

02

Moments

What has to be captured while the room is live?

Keynotes, reactions, sponsor booths, networking, product moments, speaker access, and the unscripted proof that disappears after load-out.

03

Stakeholders

Who needs content to do their job?

Marketing needs clips. Sales needs proof. Sponsors need value. Leadership needs the story. The plan accounts for each group before shoot day.

04

Distribution

Where will each asset live after delivery?

Registration pages, sponsor decks, email, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal comms, paid ads, and post-event libraries all shape what we capture.

The result is not more footage. It is a smarter capture plan.

Straight answers

What organizers ask us.

The details your production team, your AV vendor, and your board will want confirmed.

We already have an AV company. What do you do differently?

Your AV company handles sound, screens, lighting, and house recording. That house recording is the hard drive you never use. Summit is there to create content you can distribute: social video, testimonials, recaps, and session libraries. The two roles do not overlap, and where we pull speaker clips from the AV feed, we coordinate with them directly.

How many people do you put on-site?

Social Engine runs on a single video and photo hybrid operator who moves through the event unobtrusively. Full Funnel adds a second shooter. Full Production adds a director, technical director, and camera operators for general sessions. A pre-event shot list and schedule are standard on every package.

Who owns the footage?

You do. Full rights to all delivered content. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing, and that request is easily accommodated.

How fast do we get our content?

Short-form social content can land within days of the event when same-day editing is scoped in. Testimonials, recaps, and brand story videos deliver within two to four weeks. Specific turnaround commitments go in the project agreement, in writing.

Where do you operate?

Denver today, with Orlando and Miami launching next. Events outside those markets are handled case by case.

Summit exists because too many organizations invest in an event and walk away with nothing usable. Our standard: every deliverable earns its place in your marketing.
