Case study

Neostella

The Challenge

Neostella needed coverage that matched the full shape of NeoSummit: the stage, the room, the networking, the beach-side moments, and the people driving the event.

The assignment was not just to document the conference. It was to leave the team with useful content for recap, promotion, social distribution, and post-event brand momentum.

The step and repeat coverage also needed to stay organized as its own deliverable, separate from the broader event gallery.

The Solution

Summit covered NeoSummit with a photo and video plan built around the moments Neostella could actually use afterward: stage programming, guest interaction, branded details, interviews, and social-ready moments.

The recap video became the anchor asset, while interviews and social clips gave the team more ways to keep the event working after the room cleared.

For the gallery, the main event coverage is separated from the Amanda Knox step and repeat deliverable so each asset set has a clear purpose.

The Result

Neostella walked away with a practical event content library: an anchor recap video, a deep conference photo gallery, interview assets, social clips, and a separate step and repeat gallery for the Amanda Knox deliverable.
